Do West Virginia Congressmen and Senators know what ‘shall not be infringed’ means?
West Virginia politicians all claim to uphold the 2nd Amendment, but are right now working with Anti-Gun liberals to compromise away more of your rights protected by the 2nd Amendment.
If the politicians mean what they say, they would not support of vote for any so called ‘compromise’ that will strip more rights away from West Virginia Citizens.
The West Virginia Liberty Political Action Committee is working hard to stop Congressmen Jenkins, Mooney and McKinley, as well as Senator Capito from surrendering to the anti- gunners, but we need your help!
Join us in our fight to preserve the 2nd Amendment by signing the petition below, and then pass it on to your friends and family.
Together, we will fight to stop the anti-gunners from using tragedy as an excuse to keep taking away the rights of law abiding citizens.
Please sign the petition below and share it with all of your friends:
Whereas, The Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution’s Bill of Rights enumerate and protect the right of the people to bear arms without infringement; and
Whereas, The courts have ruled that the police have no legal responsibility to protect an individual, and that individuals are responsible for protecting themselves against grave bodily harm or threat of death; and
Whereas, Anti-gun liberals are using tragedy for political gain;
Whereas, Anti-gun politicians such as Senator Manchin will use any such legislation to expand government control over what firearms we may own;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, We, the undersigned citizens of the great State of West Virginia demand that Congressmen Jenkins, Mooney and McKinley, as well as Senator Capito do not vote for any ban on firearms or accessories.
