Ben Bisher is a software engineer and fellow liberty activist who resides in Inwood, West Virginia.
Ben obtained his degree in Computer Science from Shepherd University in 2010, and works as a front-end developer. Ben utilizes his skills in technology, web-development, and social media to help spread the message of liberty to every corner of West Virginia, is dedicated to fighting for the individual rights of every West Virginian as enshrined in our Constitution.
Davy Jones has long been an advocate for limited government and the Constitution.
He has a Computer Science degree as well as a MCSE, MCP and is A+ Certified. A veteran of the National Guard, Davy is proud to uphold his oath to defend the Constitution and individual liberty. Mr. Jones lives outside of Martinsburg with his wife, Jessica Jones and 2 daughters
Gina M. Anders is a licensed attorney, who resides in Shepherdstown, West Virginia with her husband, Chris, and daughter, Elizabeth. She holds a BA in political Science and International Studies from the American University, and a JD from the American University Washington College of Law. After earning her Juris Doctor with honors from American University Washington College of Law in 1997, she worked as a litigator for 10 years in Washington DC. Her practice areas included insurance and reinsurance coverage, construction law, employment Law, and general civil and commercial litigation.
Ms. Anders has also donated many hours of her time to assisting on criminal and constitutional law cases involving the protection of our civil liberties. She now specializes in pre-trial electronic discovery consulting and serves as a Director of Business Development for a multi-national business-to-business consulting firm. Having long been passionate about American politics, she became active in Dr. Ron Paul’s presidential campaign in 2012, and completed the Foundation for Applied Conservative Leadership’s basic- and advanced-level training in grass roots activism. Gina also served as Co-Coordinator for the Campaign for Liberty in West Virginia before founding the Liberty Political Action Committee of West Virginia.
An avid liberty activist and Constitutional scholar, Gina puts her skills and experience in advocacy and sales to work to fight for the individual rights of every West Virginian as enshrined in our Constitution.
S. Chris Anders is a senior consultant with the West Virginia Liberty Political Action Committee. Mr. Anders is the President of Action Advocacy Group, a state level political consulting firm.
With over 15 years experience in politics, he has served on Presidential, Congressional and state level campaigns while also working with issue focused groups to promote the Constitution and individual liberty.
Kathleen G. Musser, Treasurer
Having earned her BA from Shepherd University, and her Master’s Degree in Music from Shenandoah University, Kathleen Musser has over 8 years of experience teaching music at the college level (both Hagerstown Community College and Shepherd University) while homeschooling her children.
She is also very active in her community as a volunteer for the 4-H Club, Cub Scouts, and various animal rescue groups, while also serving as the Choir Director for the Burnside First Church of God.
