Petition for the Protection of our Children and the Constitution

Does the Office of the President of the United States have the power to violate the Constitution and tell West Virginia Schools who can use what restroom?

NO!

The 9th and 10th Amendment prevents President Obama and his army of bureaucrats from forcing Wet Virginia to comply with his recent degree that grown men to allowed in the same restrooms as your wives and daughters.

And if the politicians in the State of West Virginia upheld their oath of office to the Constitution, they would stand firm against Washington DC forcing West Virginia to comply with their unconstitutional demands.

Join us in our fight to stop this Un-Constitutional Decree in West Virginia by signing the petition below, and then pass it on to your friends and family.

Whereas, The 9th Amendment States “The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people”, and

Whereas, the 10th Amendment States-“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people” , and

Whereas, It is therefore up to the respective States who can use such restrooms in State and County buildings;

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, We, the undersigned citizens of the great State of West Virginia demand that West Virginia State Representatives and the voters of West Virginia alone legally can determine who is permitted to use bathroom facilities in public buildings within the borders of the state of West Virgnia.

Be it further resolved, We, the undersigned citizens of the great state of West Virginia demand that our State elected representatives refuse to comply with this Unconstitutional directive;

Be it further resolved, We, the undersigned citizens of the great state of West Virginia demand the elected State representatives uphold their oath of office to prevent Washington D.C. Bureaucrats from dictating their will, in clear opposition to our Founding Documents.
